Starbucks

"My 80yr old mother in law was at this Starbucks. She had only $14 with her and the young male cashier said the total was $17 and change. She realized she didn’t bring enough with her. The boy said she couldn’t put anything back so she left the $14 with the young man thinking that was the right thing to do and go get more money from her disabled husband. She came back, had to wait in line again. The same cashier after giving him a $20 bill gave her $2 change and denied she gave him $14 earlier. He didn’t even give her a receipt. It’s pretty bad when a Starbucks steals from an elderly lady!!"

"Got a venti mocha and there was a glob os something in it. I went back and complained and the basically turned around and went back to work like nothing happen. They were making a new one, but after almost throwing up due to a semi solid in my coffee. I just wanted a refund. For that they called a manager and made me wait. Not sure for how long, but I wrote this review while I was still waiting."

"I was shocked at the prices! I spent $30 on myself alone. I did buy a "been there series" coffee mug for a souvenir of my trip and it was basically $13. The other $17 was for a medium latte and a turkey-cheddar sandwich (which wasn't very good). Kid didn't give me a receipt which I didn't notice until I was on my plane and looking for it in the sack he gave me so doubtful I'll be using them again. The only positive is that the service was quick."

"Located near the American Terminal, on the way to/from G terminal, off to the side. Been here a few times. Very average Starbucks experience. Cashiers are frequently curt and disinterested, and often the "please" and "thank you's" are missing; but food and drinks taste normal and convenient location. Waiting time has averaged to about 15 min each time I've stopped."

"Jasmine took my order, and it was delightful. It’s so rare you find someone nice when dealing with an airport. Absolutely amazing. Someone give her a raise. She was taking order after order a smile every time and not to mention she was gorgeous! Thanks for the service girl!"
