"This is the worst place you can go. Very rude. I ordered a white chocolate mocha latter and I was given a breakfast hot tea black. When I came back to return the drink, the girl who took my order, was very apologetic and nice, but the manager was extremely rude and combative and ended up, refusing to serve me and give me the drink. I ordered. She also refused to give me back my money until I told her I was not leaving the drive-through until I got my drink for my money."
"This location is absolutely filthy in the afternoon. The morning staff is more mature and active cares. I visited over the weekend and it was a complete disaster. The bathrooms were dirtier than a porta-john on a construction site in 100 degree weather. The pick up counter was covered in garbage and the trash cans were overflowing. There was only 1 employee trying to work, the other one was working and on a personal call and the third employee had a group of friends inside. The place was not packed there was the group of friends and 1 person on the patio. The drive thru was constant but definitely not moving fast. The cleanliness is concerning and I will not be back."
