"The manager of this location seems to be racist. I ordered some food last night, a spicy McCrispy and a triple cheeseburger. While waiting for the food for 20 minutes, I witnessed Andrew have an outburst towards a customer who didn't speak English. He slammed his fists down into the kiosk, threw his receipt over the counter towards the gentleman, and when his food was ready he tossed it onto the counter and pointed at him like a dog. When we got our food, the beef patties were obviously quite old. Andrew also passed us by multiple times while we were waiting for drink cups, including when another employee alerted him to us waiting. The group behind us was served cheese that was hard enough to bounce off the floor and they had to request a new sandwich. Overall the place is mismanaged by a manchild who can't control his emotions, and the kitchen is staffed by people who don't care if the food is old."

"McDonald's sucks, food is cold and over cooked. Employees can't make change, screw up orders and food is over priced. You're not worth what they pay you. You're more interested in feeling each other up in the lobby."

"60 Cent per drop of Mac sauce. That is why to high. $2.40 just on Mac sauce. The lady was nice but of course they messed it up. I say ONLY for a reason. I dine in and didn't feel like going back up to complain. The poor lady was getting enough of that. Gotta double check before then people won't come back mad."

"Located within the Pilot Travel Center ... Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, and efficient service. They allow you to sit and wait in the dining room without any fuss which is nice. Had a very long layover waiting for a Greyhound connection and I wasn't bothered once. Unlimited free refills."
