"This McDonald's does a great job with their drive-thru service. I stop here 2-3 times a week for breakfast during the busy morning work crowd and have never been dissatisfied with the service and food I've received. The hash browns are always hot, the sandwiches freshly made, the Frappes nice and smooth and my request for 2 picante sauces never denied. Keep up the great work and to the management/owners of this establishment remember this - your biggest and most important asset are your employees - treat them well."
"I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese griddle. The employee charged me for only one. She realized her mistake and asked me to reinsert my credit card to charge me for the other one. Only one of the sandwiches came out because due to the employee's mistake, it was two separate orders instead of one. I complained to the supervisor, who didn't show much empathy and made a lame excuse on why I had to wait for the other sandwich. The supervisor should have gave me a full or partial refund for the employee's mistake and my inconvenience. Total disorganization and rude. I will never visit again."
