"I've been multiple times, but management is never on time in the morning. They're usually 30 minutes late just to tell me to leave. I went again today in the evening, and I was charged for items I ordered but didn't receive. They don't answer their phone number. If you really want BK, I'd recommend going to the N Ware Rd one. This one is mega sucks."

"Everything about this location is horrible!! The drive thru takes more than 15 min to get their meals. (If you choose to get your meal and want to wait that long.) "The food was good and the restaurant was SPOTLESS. Compared to the one that on Conway in Mission the entire Resturant was CLEAN. I even complimented the manager that his team did a great job in keeping up with everything. For some reason my oldest is a HUGE fan of the BK lounge but most of them are hit or miss. Either the food is off or the place is just filthy. So we'd go back there again."
