"Don’t bother placing a mobile order. They will have you wait an extra 10 min before giving you attitude when you ask about your drink. Sandwich was ready but cold by the time I got my drink."

"Place mobile order The girl claimed to be the manager was at the window had no name tag on, was rude. I placed a mobile order that was not made gave me a hard time to give me a drip of the coffee of the day. Very poor service must say again the girl did not have her name tag on, I was in line for 15 minutes. I know what time I came to the store and placed my order. reeducation your staff needs reeducation Thank you for responding, but my plan is not to go back to that particular location. This is not the first time I’ve had Rude service there."

"Honestly this is my least favorite Starbucks. The women here are snappy and are honestly just rude. This is my 3rd visit and it’s the same thing every time so I thought I’d leave a review this time. Drink is also too sweet."

"I know in general Starbucks is not always consistent in making their drinks and that’s okay. Staff is always polite but today I got a grande nitro cold brew only to get half foam. When I received it the foam took up most of the cup and I was expecting it to settle… it didn’t. Honestly, I don’t like asking to get my drink re-made but I definitely will next time."

"Nice - newer bucks - haven’t been in this neighborhood for a while, nice to see a large clean well designed free standing bucks with plenty of seating area. Not too far from O’Hare, great meeting location. They got my drink down right, was just perfect, so was happy with that, customer service I would say B, guy who handed me the coffee was a bit rough."
