"I couldn't find a size for a sale item and figured whatever was out was all the stock available. A worker ( or manager?) on the floor greeted me and asked if I was looking for another size and even went to check for it in the back. She found the correct size and accommodated me when I was having issues at the register. I just want to thank her and others for having the care and patience to assist during the most hectic time of the year. I appreciate you and your service, happy holidays! :)"

"Spent 20 mins watching a cashier to checkout 1 customer today. Can’t tell enough how slow she was packing things and processing payment. After 20 mins I left without any purchase. Too long of a wait."

"Nice store with good collection. I found what I was looking for but few of the staff were rude, intentionally ignored folks waiting for trial room although several rooms were free and asking customers to place the clothes back where they found it. There was delay in billing as well. There was probably only 1 person who was genuinely excited to help customers and the rest were probably tired. I was about to buy 4 items and dropped 2 and was almost about to walk away in billing when the billing staff just walked away after billing folks even when we were in line next. They came back after sorting some clothes and billed us."
