"WIinter was extremely rude when she lectured me about Starbucks policy and refused to top off my refresher. I get it, policy change etc. But this was after a 20 min wait in the drive thru after being told I should come inside and get the drink (which I ordered on the app and picked drive thu.) After stating I was handicapped and that wouldn't be doable, I received a sigh from the person working the speaker. This has always been one of my favorite locations and Winter ruined it for me. After she angrily said she would do it, she told me she wouldn't do it again. That's cool Winter...I won't be back to this location again."

"Been here a couple times through the drive-thru and always order a medium coffee. Order is always quick, made right and always friendly service with a smile. Payment is always quick and easy as well. This Starbucks is all you can ask for and is never crowded when i go as well. Highly recommended Starbucks in Villa Park/ Oak Brook Terrance area."
