"Bought shoes, the number didnt fit. Never wore them. Upon returning the lady from india with broken english looked at them for 15 minutes, wasting our time and having to ask her colleage what to do. No wonder they are looking to hire new people.. thats the only reason i give them 2 stars, at least they are aware of the situation with the current employees.."

"The in store content for is very slim and they jacked the prices way up! The shoes are mostly gone, the men’s section is slim pickings. Totally went down hill compared to other stores here. Sorry I feel they are struggling and the customer is being smashed on cost to make up for it."

"Horrible customer service, I had a prepaid debit card that was given to me and wanted to put it on a gift card so I could purchase something online with a gift card and use my normal debit/credit to cover the remaining balance. The young lady behind the desk was rude and basically implied I was doing something fraudulent. They did however tell me if I want to buy something in store with the same card they denied for a gift card that I could use it that way which makes no sense. I won't be shopping at saks or saks off ever again."

"At this store can find big choice of lady and man winter jackets and coats,merino sweaters,but have to check often to find good deal."

"I will never shop in this store again. I’m going to make this short as possible. I saw some boots that I liked and the price was marked down to $259.99 plus a few more pair of boots. I get to the register to check out. As the cashier was ringing me up I noticed the amount was higher on one of the items. I asked the cashier what happened because this boot stated $259.99 and the young man stated it’s ringing up for $359 and I stated I can see that, and that’s why I asked you and the price clearly states $259. You have more of the same boots over there and they all states $259.99. The cashier and I walked over to see the other boots of the same pair I have and they all stated $259.99. The cashier sad yes he sees that but when we returned to the register, he stated he still can’t give me the boots for that price because they are ringing up a different price. I asked to speak to a higher up superior and he stated she left for the day now to remind you I walked in the store around 5:45pm. All the managers were now gone by 6 :30pm, and the store closes at 9pm. Long story short I had to pay the $359.99 for the boots. I have not yet gotten a resolution."
