"KWI Clutching, you need to add Russell Redmond to the payroll full time... Review time: I had russell come over and look at my clutches almost a year ago and we both decided that a float mod / KWI clutch tune would be the next step in making my CanAm not break a belt as quick. Had gotten another brands clutch kit which honestly didnt do anything for me. Broke several belts within a few hundred miles... some my fault others no clue. Regardless this man answers my texts and calls with a calm and professional tone and explains in details about whats going on whenever I have a question. Back to the story. Russell personally flew my clutch down in his carry on for a trip he was taking to get this treatment from you guys. Kept answering my questions, making professional opinions about decisions. Its been 1500 miles and im still super stoked with his opinions and helpfulness even tho he kinda was like, "Dude you need to service them". I asked what I needed... he provided me links to everything and guess what... this man has agreed to take the time to come down to my house and show me step by step on servicing my clutches the correct way... of course im throwing him a bbq and a few beers his way but still where do you get that level of service at? Im stoked at how my CanAm is running the same belt doing the same type of driving and ive had literally ZERO issues. Im always impressed with his knowledge and service skills. Better keep that man happy KWI. One suggestion.. make a foam box to put all these tools into."
