"They came out to "fix" our air conditioning 2 days in a row, charged $200 to change the battery in the thermostat, and then tried to explain that the unit isn't big enough to cool the same space it has been cooling for years. A/C is still running +20 degrees over the setting, and i can't get anyone to call me back. Not sure how they can even validate charging us for a job left completely undone."

"Careful of these guys. We had an issue with one of their delivery guys this morning and he threatened me. When I called the office they told me to take it up with the police. Dont trust these guys."

"This is the worst place ever to do business with. I highly recommend not coming here unless you want to get ripped off. I had bought an ice machine here less than a year ago the ice machine stopped working. I called them because I had a warranty on the machine and when the service guy came he noticed the water valve unplugged. Someone must of hit it and it simply unplugged. It look him less than 2 seconds to figure out and got charged $300. I feel like I got robbed. I called the company to see if they can work with me and they simply didn't care and the lady on the phone was really rude. Never will I do any business with them ever again and urge others not to buy or call for service here. Being treated like this is just not right."
