"Food wasn't ready… even though the app said it did…half of my order was sitting in the counter for 20 minutes while I waited another 20 minutes for the pizza….horrible customer service…night shift employee who works the register/pizza maker… was so rude and needs to fix his attitude when talking to customers… if he can't handle the pressures in the fast food industry…. Don't work there…..just note I never had issues with this location…."

"i’m normally not disappointed with this location but sadly today i was. the parm bites i ordered were slightly burnt and hard which altered the flavor. the pizza was a little overdone, but i did get my delivery quickly. could be that it was late so they didn’t want to remake the bites."

"Highly disappointed today and this location never disappoints me!! I ordered a pizza which was great as always and ordered chicken Alfredo. The problem I had was the Alfredo has barely no sauce. It tasted like just boiled noodles and chicken. No flavor at all."

"I’m a server so I work in the restaurant business and one thing I know for sure is that if the food doesn’t look good I DON’T serve it to my guests. I used to constantly order pizza from here every other week for about half a year but i don’t know if they have new employees because these past two times I’ve gotten delivered BURNT pizzas. Usually a little brown or easy crisp doesn’t bother me, I know we’re all human and make mistakes but TWO TIMES BURNT PIZZA? Literally BLACK EDGES, over and under it’s all BURNT. Definitely never going back again. The driver is always nice and I tip him 18% or 20% always, he’s not the one to blame for kitchen mistakes."
