"Actually horrible, after placing an online order one of the employees tried making my mother who has stage 3 cancer and is *immunocompromised* come into the store. When she told them she couldn't go into the store because she is immunocompromised they refused and barred her from the store after being very reasonably upset and requesting for the employee's name to make a report to corporate."
"Friend suggested we meet up here to catch up and once I walked in I realized why she suggested this place, there was more seating than I normally see at a Starbucks. Employees were friendly and service was great. Order was made right and tasted great. The tables were clean and there was plenty of parking. If the weather was nice, I saw quite a few patio seats outside as well."
"Almost an hour from I took my order, still have half cup of ice though I ordered light ice. I am not very mind my drink doesn’t look like a full large size if it’s taste good, but I care my drink looks fully large size but taste like water. I always order matcha with oat milk, the drink tasted like milk, may be too much ice affects its favorite. First time so disappointed I ordered drink in this location."
