"Ordered double quarter pounder w cheese. When handed sammich , server said quarter pounder, I said it was a double, server then said yes. Took a bite, it was not a double. Went back inside and expressed my situation. Manager handled it properly and quickly. Very pleased with outcome that night, but has happened way too many times."

"I feel like I don’t even need to explain the issue with this sandwich, I’m sure it’s pretty self explanatory. Biting into this was completely impossible without having the sauce drip out and splatter. Not to mention how uneven it was from the vegetable organization while making the sandwich. It wasn’t even lunch time for them to be this inconsiderate on the food presentation/prep. I come here regularly and the food presentation is never appetizing, nor are the employees/management ever polite."
