"Draft beers are flat and tasteless. Other people l was with that ordered mixed drinks said there was barely any alcohol in them too. Food is just ok. We ordered chips and cheese, they brought us a huge plate of chips with a super small cup of cheese. At least they could’ve brought enough garbage quality cheese for the quantity of chips. Then someone I was with ordered steak nachos. The quality of the steak meat was straight Garbage. I don’t know if you should even call it steak. It was the worst nachos I’ve experienced ever. I’ll stop there."

"Customer service is terrible. Had the most unpleasant experience trying to visit with my wife. Both of us are close to our 40's and these manager kids wouldn't let us in simply because my wife didn't bring her ID. Tried to explain the situation and how obvious it is that we don't look like 15 year old kids, but they didn't care whatsoever. We also drove about 30 minutes to get there. What's most ironic is that we simply wanted to play some pool and not drink whatsoever. They basically kicked us out. Use your common sense if you have these idiotic ID requirements that no other pool hall has. Do not plan on visiting this place again. There are better sports bar options out there."

"We went here to eat dinner for the first time, and I was so very pleased to say the least! We were greeted as soon as we sat down and got to order fast and conveniently. The staff were always there immediately if we needed anything at all. They food is SOOOOO good! We had a pepperoni pizza, cheesy garlic bread, and a cheesy beef, which were ALL DELICIOUS! They also have awesome food and drink deals every day! The only thing we were kinda surprised and disappointed about were the extra charges for the hot peppers and the ranch sauce. They charged us $1.50 for each one! Which is absolutely ridiculous... It should come with our meals, like it does everywhere else. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and will be back for sure!"

"Pyramid Club provided exclusive space for our event on Saturday 10/14/23. George, Joe, and the Staff were more than accommodating. The Wait Staff was attentive and friendly throughout our entire Party. The space was set up with Serving Tables, Food Warmers, Pitchers of Soda, Water, Cups... as we arrived. We pre ordered a Tub or Beers (that was continually re-stocked as requested), Hordourves, a Salad, and Pizzas. All the food was brought out on schedule, hot, and fresh."
