"I'm not really sure what John in the comments is talking about. I had the complete opposite experience. These men were full of funny stories, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I called in asking about an igniter and one the gentlemen helped me find the part I was looking for. When I walked in, he already set the part aside so it would be ready when I walked in. I've already recommended them and I'm looking forward to coming back."

"Just called here today about a board and display for a range. Guy picks up the phone and asks me for the part number which I don’t have but I do have the model number. I give it to him, he asks me what color I am looking for and I tell him stainless but if stainless isn’t available I’ll take black no problem. He reiterates his question and I reiterate my answer. He looks up the part and says it’s not available, I asked again is the part available in black and he takes a deep breath and says which one are you looking for…. I sense he is irritated so I move forward and ask a different question because I really need this part. I got 5 words into my question and he takes a deep breath and goes the part number for the model you gave me W………. It’s no longer available. I understood that but my question was if the part that I found online was interchangeable with the part he said was no longer available. Patience goes a long way pal. If you don’t have interpersonal skills then don’t answer the phone. I didn’t ask redundant or unnecessary questions but I received an unnecessary response. No worries I’ll find my part with someone who’s more professional and patient. I’m sure he’s not as tough in person"

"Stopped by for an oven ignitor three days before Christmas (wife is on a cookie baking bender). Not only did they have the part, they gave me an upgraded version with a connector for the lower price of the model requiring splicing. Very friendly as well!"
