"Great store, but an unpleasant experience... As soon as you walk in, someone runs up to you and starts an interrogation: what's your name, what are you doing this weekend, what trips are you planning, what's your size, do you know how the sizes work, what are you shopping for, have you seen our sweaters, do you know that we have great jeans, can I bring you any boots to try on? I am usually exhausted after 2 minutes, so I just quickly look around and order the stuff on line. It's too bad because it is truly a great store, I discovered awesome brands here and I wish it was a less stressful experience to shop there."

"First, I have to say that this is a great store with beautiful clothes. It made me discover a lot of really nice brands. However, shopping here is impossible. These salespeople are on you like flies on blank! I don't know if they are on commission or what is going on, but this is not a pleasant experience. There is no freedom to look around in this store at all!! It needs different management!"

"I'd give this place a 0 if I could. My best friend was accused of stealing something years ago and never did. She was followed around the store and even was asked to leave for no reason and the manager chased her outside the store and threatened to call the police, aka her husband. She never did and told her never to come back. Very unprofessional and not worth the humiliation to buy anything from this store."
