Little Caesars Pizza 1111 Fairview Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559

"I've tried it twice. First time, they said pizzas would take 8 minutes. 24 minutes later and my pizzas were done. So much for hot and ready. Everybody was moving along there at a snails pace and they just seemed bored and indifferent. And then the pizzas just weren't any good compared to other locations that I get Little Caesars from. Oh and also, I saw the guy cutting the pizzas. He put no energy into the cutting and of course when we went to grab our slices, we had to tear them apart because they weren't cut all the way thru. 2nd time, the pizzas were even worse. The Detroit pan (we ordered 2) wasn't caramelized at all. No crispiness. Just tasted like thick bread. Complete disappointment for everyone who ate it. It just wasn't put together well at all. Like it was just slapped together without any care. Then they forgot my crazy sauce. Not a big deal as I caught that. But then they gave me the sauce and it was like a half full cup. Less than what I get at other stores. Never again from here."

"Just picked up my pizza from the store. I ordered and paid for extra marinara sauce. The employee (tall white male with brown curly hair) forgot to put the sauce with my order. When I asked him for the sauce, he was very rude, threw the sauce on the counter and walked away. The cup was half full, I asked him to fill the cup (which I paid for), he said NO, turned his back and walked away. Extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Very toxic attitude for this business."

"Always at least 30 minutes past the time they say it will be. Today I Ordered at 6:30. Said it would be ready at 7:01. Didn’t walk out of there with my food until 7:40. I understand things get busy but the workers seemed indifferent to the issue. At one point there were over 20 people waiting inside for their food. And none of the workers seemed in any kind of hurry to fill the orders. No apologies. Then I got the wrong pizza which I didn’t realize till I got home. Oh well. Now I know to always order well in advance."
