"My refrigerator stopped freezing and I called JT Services after seeing all the reviews. They responded right away and scheduled me the next morning. Eugene was the technician who came and he was absolutely wonderful. He diagnosed the problem, called the company I had bought the fridge from and reported it. He came back the same evening to replace the compressor. He was professional, informative and educated me on the basic care of my fridge. I really appreciated him and will definately call JT services in the future! Thank you Eugene! I also had a broken icemaker for months. JT services took care of that as well 6 days later once the part arrived. I requested Eugene again. I am so happy with this company. The communication is amazing, and includes phone calls, emails and texts! Customer service is prompt, you get to talk to a real person (Julia), call backs are fast. I can’t recommend them high enough."

"Extremely happy with this company. Julia was always very helpful and professional on the phone. Clearly explained costs, work involved, and available options. Eugene completed my A/C and furnace replacement job. He was on time, professional, neat (always wore shoe covers). He clearly knew what he was doing: when others were giving us much higher quotes, with no guarantee that they will fix the problem, Eugene knew exactly what the problem was, and what needed to be done to fix it. The work he did was excellent , and the difference in cooling and heating with new A/C and furnace is amazing! Will gladly use this company again!"

"I am very glad I chose to call JT Services to repair my refrigerator. I selected them based on other reviews I saw and everyone that said they are a great company is right. The person scheduling the appointments got back to me quickly with day and time options, and the techs show up within the window you're given and they text you when they are 15 minutes away. My tech "Eugene" explained very clearly all my options for servicing my fridge and the repair was done very well and in a timely manner. JT is my go-to for appliance repair now."

"This company, at least if you are using a home warranty, performs shoddy work. I had to call them out 3 times within a year for the same issue with my gas furnace. I am currently sitting in my COLD house, after the apparently "fixed" my furnace on 11/30/23. It seems their work only lasts about 45 days, at least for home warranties. They know that the home warranty only has a 30 day recall period and after that, you have to pay for another service call for them to come out, so they seem to make sure that their work only last just slightly outside that time period. This is not a spam review, it is a true review. I just got off the call with them this morning about 9:07 am. I have overpaid them for the issue I am having, more than I would have paid if I would have just paid outside of the warranty. I apparently spoke with the owner of the company, a lady, who stated she was the owner, and she did not care that I was freezing my butt off in sub-zero temps. I would never recommend them to anyone."

"V did such a great job on my dishwasher and range. I couldn’t believe both stopped running at almost the same time. I was so irritated. V arrived on time. He was professional and very kind and very fast. He didn’t have me waiting all day trying to figure out what was wrong. He’s very knowledgeable. You can tell he loves what he does. Both of my appliances are up and running. I will always recommend Jt services."
