"Best Home Depot I’ve been in in awhile. The customer service was amazing. Marilyn/Lynn and Marvin went above and beyond right from the start to make the trip easy and smooth. I went down another aisle and another teammate helped me find something in minutes. This store is worth going out of your way to go to- friendly, well stocked, easily to get around and helpful team. Highly recommend!!"

"This Home Depot feels like have a high selections of pro services, gears and rentals. I also like to shop on line and head straight to the pick up lockers to get my purchases without having to wait inline in the customer service department."

"On Saturday, the day after black friday, 5 people working at customer service standing around doing nothing. I walked up and asked them to check me out instead of walking to the other end of the store, and they refused to do so. So I walked to the other end of the store and asked the lead at the checkout section if customer service could check you out, and she said yes, if they are not busy. At 7 p.m., when I walked up and asked, they were not busy. So the only reason they did not go ahead and check me out was that they were LAZY and did not want to do it. So you wonder why stores are going out of business, customer service at this store has no cuthomer service."

"The Home Depot store on Dempster and greenwood is an enormous store where you can find almost literally anyting that would be necessary for Home improvement projects inside and out. We have been going to the store for years, and it seems like just recently they've reduced the total number of staff available to help. Either way it's a great store and they always have everything in stock that we have needed for Home improvement and remodeling projects."
