"I had purchased several vacuums from Kelly’s in Highland Park. I needed a new filter and bags for my Hoover so I brought it to Kelly’s in Wilmette. They did not have the right sized filter. I gave them my package of two filters that were the wrong size…priced at $7.99. I had no use for them. Must have gone with a vacuum I no longer own. They did not have the correct sized filters. I bought a bag of 9 dust bags and a $15 shop charge was added to the price of the bags. SERIOUSLY??! Way to get me to never return!! I assumed that the help given was just part of customer service."
