"I would leave this as zero stars if I could I went to get my nails done for Christmas on Wednesday by Friday Every single one of my nails has completely peeled off in a full sheet just like the stickers I buy from the store when I pay $100 to have my nails done. I expect them to last more than 48 hours"

"I went in for a dip $55. She filled my nails down to the point where there wasn’t much of a nail at all. I was on the chair for over 1 1/2 hours. The next day (less than 24 hours) the color of 3 of my nails had peeled off. I called to let them know so they can fix it. Unfortunately, I had somewhere to be so couldn’t go back the next day. On Sunday, two more peeled off. They were closed Sunday. I went back on Monday, asked them to remove the dip and give me a regular manicure. She wanted to file my nails down even more. You can see the skin under my nails bc they are so short. She gave me the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten - ever. My 6 year old granddaughter could have done a nicer job. I could tell the nail polish was old. I was a little surprised it was pretty empty on a Friday afternoon (with the exception of one other customer), I figured out why pretty quickly. On Monday when I went back it was completely empty. I don’t know how they stay in business. Yes they seemed very nice but I felt I got robbed. No apology no money back. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but I don’t want it to happen to someone else.. They actually have a sign on the wall that said ‘no money back’. Never seen that before. It’s close but I won’t go back."
