He was very rude and seemed to not take any of the questions I had into consideration. He was very rude to his team members, that worked in the warehouse. As a company you work together. As a sales man I figured he would be more knowledgeable but instead he was just irritable. Business owners small and big, stay away. Hopefully they can get their management team under control, I will be taking my business elsewhere! Don't go to Jim, by far the worst experience I have had. I can't imagine how he acts when customers are not around. Probably going to the BBB as well."
