"I got my tires rotated and had an unexpected issue with the lug nuts (a side effect of having an older, high mileage car). I stopped in to get an attachment for the socket I had so I could do the best I could to get my car home since I live quite a distance away and it was getting dark. Ty went above and beyond to help me find the right breaker bar, even checking my lug nuts himself to make sure they were tight. He expressed a great amount of care and concern and I think if it hadn’t been for him I could have very well been waiting on a tow truck in a ditch instead of getting home safe. I will recommend this store to everyone and I will never forget his kindness. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Ty, and thank you Autozone!"
