"I purchased a new AC for my condo, and Eddy handled my order with excellent communication and friendliness. Unfortunately, the installation experience was disappointing. The installer, a Caucasian man in his 30s or 40s, was rude and appeared disinterested in my business, rushing through the job. I regret not getting his name. Overall, I can't recommend their services."

"Terrible customer service. Purchased two brand new units for condo. One unit is defective and they refuse to service or swap. Paid a licensed electrician to come to unit to verify correct voltage and amperage and Advanced still refuted claims that unit is defective. Will not do business with them again, recommend you find somewhere else as well."

"i called for repair for my freezer.They said they will come last week. I told mary that i needed the gasket which was causing the freezer not to close .They have to order it when i gave the model number. so service was rescheduled for today 6/30/21 between 9 and 11 am since they have the gasket available now . I told that my freezer was about 2 years old and had given my model number and serial number to order the parts .She told me it was covered under warranty. Since no one came or i did not get any calls i called them to find out another girl said i did not have any appointment today. so i called back when mary was available and she said there was a mix up with someone with the same name. and wanted almost the cost of the freezer to repair it.My wife was waiting all day for the appointment"

"Great people to do business with. Took my washer in to get fix and they were able to do it in a day. They can come out to you or if you want to save a little money, they give you the option to come to them Highly recommended."
