"OVERALL: This Breakfast/Lunch place is fantastic. There is a variety of seating. Table, booth, high tops, outdoor. They primarily serve breakfast, lunch, and coffee items. There is a window to the kitchen area. SERVICE: Service was friendly, helpful, and attentive to details. The service was nice to each other as well as the customers. Food: The menu was simple but has a great variety to it. Food was served hot and quickly! Very good flavor. IS IT CLEAN? Place appeared clean including the kitchen area. No table was left with a mess. COST/Food: good value for the amount of food you get."
