"Their are quiet a few times my stuff has been wrong, but there is a girl who works there named Payton, she’s always so nice and smiley even at 5:45 in the morning. What a great attitude!"

"I have held off on reviewing but to today ... I get ground coffee every other week from a Starbucks. Today (at the 39th and 75th street Kenosha Starbucks) the girl who ground my coffee didn't bother to fully empty the grinder with my bag under it. Just let it fall to the counter. Then she spilled part of it and didn't bother to get a new bag. Since I am taking the time, I have to say this is constantly one of the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been too. I stand and wait and look at how gross the counters and floor is. I used to have a photo of a fly crawling around on a lolly pop in the case. I am done with this location."

"This used to be our favorite Starbucks. Lately our drinks have been consistently wrong. My girlfriend no longer wants to come to this Starbucks and makes me drive further so she can get the drink made correctly. They also don’t pay attention when you ask for a milk substitute."

"Starbucks quality over the years has gone down. My Carmel macchiato tasted like sweet milk. In their defense all the Starbucks taste the same. We were traveling so if you want a coffee, you go with what you know and consistency. If local, go local for a better cup of Java."

"Can I just say how great this Starbucks is. They’re always friendly here I usually know them. I usually order ahead under Trish and they always get it right. The service is fast despite the small parking lot. I wish Starbucks would acquire that building next store and utilize it. It’s just always a great experience."
