"They burnt my bagel.. Coffee was good though.. The speaker system needs a good tuning. Kool stickers on the pole near the drive thru window! The gentleman at the drive thru window had great customer service skills. I'll stop by again when I'm in the area."

"Depending on who's working that day decides if you get everything you ordered. If it's a competent employee they'll get your order right. If it isn't which usually happens later at night cause it's a 24 hour location, 9 times out of 10 they'll mess up your order."

"Open 24 hours and DID NOT HAVE HONEY. Tea starts my day, with honey NOT SUGAR. Bagel was hard not fresh and barely toasted. I asked for roasted!"

"If I could give 0 rating I would have done that. I usually like to avoid this location because of its bad service. This morning I decided to give it another chance. we ordered hash brown with some other food items and Oh My God we were given rock hard hash brown. It seems like it was baked prior to our order and their employee put it back in the oven to warm it up. It was so hard that we couldn't even bite it. I have also attached the picture below. Next time if you would like to cheat maybe warm up the food in microwave and don't bake an item twice. Also, My coffee is extremely sweet. Total waste of money and inconvenience."

"This was a terrible experience!! I ordered 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches and neither one of them was toasted. The guy also didn't give me my receipt but that's my fault for pulling off without checking. Anyway I called to let him know my bread wasn't toasted he began talking fast and unintelligible annnd hung the phone up. I was not in a position to go back to the store because I had to be at work. Rude, poor customer service, annnd had the nerve to give me plain bread for 2 sandwiches that should be toasted. This Dunkin Donuts does not deserve anybody money!!
