"I respectfully asked the lady at the window to change my order because I ordered the wrong thing before I paid and she started yelling that she already had the food made. there was no need for the yelling or attitude she gave me today. If I could give 0 stars I would. All she needed to do was say that respectfully and I should be able to change my order if I havent paid yet."

"This used to my fave baskin in town cause the next closest one is like 15+ mins but lately it’s just been going downhill. Management really needs to help this store like hello only two employees at 1pm?? I got the wrong order and when I went in I had to wait an extra 10mins for a new drink to be made, not even made correctly btw. I don’t know if the boy was new but he didn’t know what was he was doing, then when I questioned why I was charged 8.55$ for a medium even though above us on the sign it says 7.50$, the only answer I could get was ‘I don’t know.’ If you’re gonna raise your prices like this, at least have the time to train your employees correctly"

"I been going to this location for like almost 5years i promise. This is the 3rd times that they gave me a different one instead of the one that i wanted. It said sweet tea but did not even taste like sweet at all. I called and they were like we can make you another drink if you come back or you want the manager number? I know it isnt a 10$ drink but still they thought it was okay just to come back n get another drink. I paid for my i did not beg you to give it free. Worst experience with this place. Never again with dunkin"
