McDonald's

"I stopped today, sunday 02-11-24, in the morning. Literally no wait at the drive-thru, and yet somehow my order was wrong, and usually, I would let it go. But, I ordered a ice coffee, I paid, I pull up to window 2, and I'm given a hot coffee, and when I said, that's not what I asked for, the employee stated, "it said hot coffee" and pointed at the sticker on the coffee, with about the worse attitude you can imagine, I didn't needed to start my day with arguing, so I said, it's fine, and I left. But it really ruined my day, so food costs more and employees get paid more and yet they can't put an order out correctly. And by the way, the coffee was terrible. Do better McDonald's."

"Super fast. 40-50 year old with glasses collecting payment at window was the most friendly McDonald's employee ever. That bieing said the cheeseburger was lackluster, tiny dollop of mustard and catsup in 2" pile in middle with one tiny pile on the side. Unacceptable."

"I ordered cookies like an hour in advanced. And I had to sit and wait for them a while. Ive done this twice at different times of the day. And I always wait the same or a similar amount of time before I get them. It's like the company told everyone that they have to be fresh and made on the spot, if true then there is no point in ordering early, they will not be made in advanced. To be clear no employees were the problem, it is in all likelihood just how the business runs."

"It's a typical McDonalds. How do you rate it on Atmosphere and food? McDonalds' rep is based on the same food that's exactly the same no matter which location you buy from (consistency vs high-brow). The food/atmosphere is good for what it is. The Service is great. Info through the drive through and get exactly what I ordered quickly! 5-Stars! I would go back. If you like McDonalds it's great. It's close to work, so it's perfect when I'm in a hurry."
