Reviews of Burger King
"This Burger King needs to be shut down. Today is 1/27/24, I tried to go inside both doors and the doors are locked at 4:30 but they have customers inside and they are fully staffed. I went through the drive through, waited 5 minutes and no one responded to me. I assumed that the speaker wasn’t working so I backed up and went to the other one after seeing 2 customers were taken care of (no big deal). I said hello and the guy said to give him a minute, waited and proceed to leave after waiting another 3 minutes. I pulled back around and this person decides to take another persons order that pulled up behind me. The problems coming from this place are usually pretty minor but I just wonder why my family was singled out and why they were only serving certain customers. This place needs a new staff. Trash"
"DINER BEWARE!!! This business serves as a perfect example for the reason it's ALWAYS IMPORTANT to check and verify (especially. fast food) advertised pricing vs actual cost. If a lawyer were to read this, I wonder if there are possible grounds for a lawsuit. I visited this Establishment tonite to order take out. I walked in and looked at their overhead menu board. They are clearly advertising "$5 Whopper Jr. Duo" Below the promotion, more than a handful of Whopper Jr. variations are listed. The promotion says, "Pick Any Two". Easy enough, right? No brainer. You're "lead to believe" that you are getting a "Deal". I read this and then proceed to tell the cashier behind the counter that I'd like to order 2 Bacon & Cheese Whopper Jr's for $5 with an order of Fries. .... until she gives me the Total. The Total strikes me as a bit high for what I'm buying and I question her. She quickly points out that there is an additional $1 charge per sandwich for the Bacon. Oh, really? It doesn't say that on your Menu board. I can read the promotion right there, motioning to the overhead menu board. You have this specifically advertised at 2 for $5. She quickly follows up with, "Well, we're in the process of changing out our Menu Boards". I said, but your menu board isn't missing... it's right there! She then tells me that she does not control the pricing of any menu items. I tell her, "okay then, hold the bacon", let me just get 2 "Whopper Jr's with Cheese" for $5. I can see that the variety of "Whopper Jr. with Cheese" is also clearly listed as a choice (for Pick 2) under the Promo of "2 for $5". She rings that up and then notices me watching the checkout screen. This time, she speaks up and informs me there is an additional $.30 per sandwich charge for the cheese. And, quickly follows up by telling me (again) that she is not responsible for the pricing of the menu items. I look back up at the overhead Value menu. I ask her, "Does the $1.89 cheeseburger that is advertised on your Value Menu also carry an additional $.30 upcharge because of the cheese on it, too? For a third time, she begins to tell me (again) that she does not set pricing. I abruptly assure that I'm not accusing her or believe she's responsible for setting Menu prices. I simply tell her that I just want to know. She says she doesn't know, so she rings it up. There is no additional $.30 upcharge. I conclude my purchase. Imo, this "practice" they're perpetrating, simply put, is blatant false advertising. A $2 "hidden fee" on a "2 for $5 Deal" is a 40% markup. I don't see how this can be viewed as anything less than Fraud or Theft. But, how many patrons, after seeing this promo, have visited this Establishment and purchased food never realizing they've been "taken in" deceptively? How does the Owner of this Establishment justify such a shady practice in exploiting the trust held by the general public toward this Brand? I don't believe Burger King corporate offices would sign off on this scheme. So, chances are, if you've visited this place recently and ordered this promotion, you really didn't get the "Bill of Goods" you thought you were being sold. And, if that's the case, how does it feel to know now that you were being "duped"?"
"Lets see i paid $2.99 for a wrap the size of a finger and on the menu it looked so big and tasty what i crock!!! And i can remember when FAST FOOD was actually FAST. 25 minutes for food. Hoping this is one that will be the ones on the chopping block. Service and tthe food has really gone downhill"
"If I could give this place a negative 10 i would. I waited 25 mind to get my order taken in the drive thru. They helped someone on the other side. I thought it was my turn nope. They helped 2 other cars before taking my order even though I was there before them. This is the worst burger king . Before this they didn't even say could you give me a min nothing. The 2 cars in front of me left without ordering. If you want to get better customer service don't go to this one."
"Some might say this is the best Burger King they’ve ever been in ever! My travel partner seemed to think so. They were fast, courteous and the food was great. I will say the manager on duty was very present and knew how to run things. Well done!"
