"Horrible service. They have a heroin addict taking orders and parking cars at the other window. Another worker left and went to the liquor store. After 20 minutes of waiting, my niece went to the window for a refund, the heroin addict kept ignoring her. Finally, she opened the window & said the food was coming up. 10 minutes later and still no food. At this point, 3 cars who had placed orders were at the window requesting refunds. Eventually, the manager came and we received a refund. Update: Refund was never posted to card. They lied and said they provided a cash refund. Then they said food was provided."
"My experience was so bad I will never go back here again! To getting yelled at buy the Casheir for asking for a refund after waiting outside for 30 minutes also getting the window slammed in my face it was just to much. The employees were not professional walking off the line going to stores etc. I would recommend not to come to this horrible location."
"Food was not tht good I think they ran out of cheese or something because me and my boyfriend ordered the same burger and received two different burgers, one without cheese, and the other with nacho cheese not good at all then the fries taste like they cook them with apple pie"
