"The lady is very rude! The place is disgusting! Located in the hood. Expensive for cheap food. They obviously have an issue with egg foo young patties! After several repeats of my order they still got it wrong and refused to fix it. Lady aggressive…lady very very rude. The first time I ate here I bragged about their rice. Big spender here…friend reordered . Order still wrong. These slow ppl don’t care or lack education. They just lost a customer plus a potential for many more due to THAT LADY!"
"Last place I went didn’t take credit card. Called here and they said they do. I arrived and placed a decent size order. A little bit over 40bucks. Waited outside in the car. About 10 to 15 min later food was ready. Got home to eat and YUCK! The rice was so mushy. The protein looked bland liked it was just cooked in water and throw on top of the mushy rice. I did call to let them know. The lady didn’t seem too concerned. More like a oh well type of response. I wasted my money and time. So atleast I can leave a review to warn others."
"I grew up eating this food, but time brings about change I ordered a hot braize combo plate the wings were ok cut in half. The noodles had a funky smell they were plain & the sauce for the chicken tasted like carosene was in it or something. It was food. It definitely didn't taste like I remembered growing up. Service is good they are pretty quick."
"First time visiting. Best “Boneless” Hot Braised I’ve ever had in the Lou. I’ve had better/hotter flavor, but the crunchy batter boneless chicken is on point for $10.25."
"I've heard nothing but good things about this place but in my opinion it's just ok and I've had better. The prices are outrageous. A half order of Special Fried Rice is $7.00; ridiculous and certainly not worth the price. The Crab Rangoon is expensive also and kind of bitter. If the food was really good, price wouldn't matter as much, but the price along with the "just ok" taste....no thank you. Just another hole in the wall Chinese place....nothing spectacular! I won't be going back."
