"I was embarrassed for them. Was working nearby and this was pretty much the only option available. With 3 customers in the restaurant you wouldn't expect such slow service. The filthy floors should have been my clue to just leave. They were out of CO2 so no carbonated beverages available. Of course nobody mentioned that till after we all paid. Within 30 minutes each of us were rushing to the bathroom to evacuate what had just been consumed. You should close and lock the door if this is the best you can do. I won't be back."

"Pro tips for using this location : Do NOT order through the "taco bell" mobile app. I'm not sure why but they will NOT prepare it. When the order is placed and I tap "ASAP", the store should simply prepare it. Instead, you will arrive at the store and the food has not even been started. After finally flagging someone down - they finally got me in queue. I'm assuming they think I'm a delivery driver or something, holding my phone while waiting so even less respect for my time. I painfully had to watch countless people get their food before mine that came in and ordered normally(on the kiosk) while waiting for the food I carefully prepared so I could get going faster. Just USE the kiosk. I repeat - USE THE KIOSK. Second tip - don't order chips and cheese. They will either forget the cheese or the chips taste like metal. Take your pick."
