"I went there a few weeks ago at night and the young ladies behind the counter were super friendly. I don't go to Starbucks too often (maybe twice per year?), so I was appreciative to have good customer service with pleasantries that night, as opposed to a few past experiences (at other locations) with jaded, angry staff who make me feel like I have inconvenienced them for requesting almond milk instead of their regular milk. Keep it up!"

"I wrote a review about this Starbucks location complaining they were not open at 6:00 am. I neglected to (i) recognize that they might have staffing issues due to folks getting COVID (they did) and (ii) remember that I should be grateful they are open when they are. I also should have balanced my complaint with the fact that it happens to be the best Starbucks shop I have ever been to and is staffed but some of the best people on the planet. I hope they all read this and know that the personal attention they give, kindness they show and service they provide every day with a smile is enormously appreciated. Sometimes they change my entire day. I really am lucky to have this business and it’s great people available to me every day. So thanks guys. (That’s the review I should have left)"
