"Landon was a huge help! I had limited time and a couple screenshots of what someone wanted for birthday and Christmas. He was quick and efficient. He helped me find exactly what I needed, ordered for me what they didn’t have in the store and it will be shipped to me. He went above and beyond by matching each gift receipt to the items I purchased. He also informed me of the gift card promo which resulted in $50 of free gift cards. Thank you Landon!!!"

"The employees here are overbearing. As soon as I walk in I’m greeted & asked if I could find anything, I politely responded just looking. Within 30 seconds another employee who just overheard what I said approached me as I proceeded to say just looking. Then the girl in the beginning asks me if I’m still doing okay. This is within the first 2 mins of being here. I appreciate good customer service but it was a little over the top. You feel like you’re always getting stared down like you’re going to steal also."

"Took my daughter here so she could use some gift cards. Okay, I know I am getting older (late 40s) and out of touch with young fashion. However, I remember this place when I was in my 20s. At that time it was like an Old Navy... cheap jeans under $20 a pair. When did this place start convincing kids their jeans are worth $80 a pair. I'm obviously in the wrong business."

"This store used to give good service, but as of recent, not so much. Went in and the workers seemed super displeased to help me out. The guys at the register were beyond rude. If you hate your job so much that you project your nasty attitude towards customers, then find a different job. Definitely won't be returning to this location."
