There looks to be only 2 people who actually work and the rest just stand on their phones and avoid making eye contact with any customer. Absolutely horrible customer service. You are better going to a different Best Buy location."
"Well it took a little while to get some attention in the TV department, when we did get someone, They did a great job. Scheduling of our install went well. TV looks great. No complaints. We buy things from Best buy regularly. Haven't had a problem yet. Is a relates to the countryside location."
"If you can shop anywhere else at all, do it! This store is a joke. Not even the mangers want to assist with questions. They point in a general direction and walk off. Shelves are empty. Employees stand in clusters laughing and hanging out while customers are left to try and find what they can on their own"
"There were plenty of people to help customers. I also liked the kind gentleman that greeted us at the door and directed us to where we needed to go. We spoke with Saul about layaway which he said they didn't have, but he very throughly explained the, I think 4, options I did have. He was so helpful signing us up for credit card to essential do the same thing as layaway. Once I'm done paying off my big purchase with 0% interest for 18 months I can cancel the card if I want or keep it for future big purchases. Saul helped get us our ps5 for my son who is going to be absolutely thrilled for Christmas. From beginning to end I had a wonderful experience here."
"Went in to shop for a flat screen for my Mother-in-law. The customer service was awesome! I can't remember the guys name that helped us but he was great. We had 2 other associates answer questions prior to making our decision and purchase. They were very informative. Will only be going to this location for future purchases. ***if a manager sees this... The rep behind the cash register helping my husband was AWESOME!"
