"I have visited this location twice, and each time I have been ignored by the workers who are too busy in conversation with each other to be bothered to be of any assistance."

"Store is on the smaller side - bra/panty section is big, but they have very very limited "seasonal" items like swim suits or shoes. Staff is super friendly and helpful, which is the main reason for me to come to the store vs shopping online."

"I came here to get some boots that the Schaumburg location put on hold for me sadly this was the only location that had the last pair of boots THE only reason I decided to drive the 2hrs to get the boots was because clearance was 70% off and these boots originally cost $100. I got there and it was a mess to start off hardly anywhere to walk through my husband had to wait in the car. Second for some odd reason this store wasn’t doing the 70% off clearance I still bought them anyway definitely was disappointed. Third I asked the lady if she can measure me for a bra size and she did and followed to tell me “yea you definitely need to go somewhere where they can make one for your size because we don’t carry a big enough size for you. I worked at lane Bryant and not even they have a size for you”. I didn’t say absolutely anything after that I just left more angry than sad I’m a manager and there’s definitely the wrong and right way to say things and that definitely was not the right way to go about that. I went back to schaumburg and the GREAT employee said “you can use bra extenders” she showed me the different sizes of extenders I bought a few of those and like magic my bras fit perfectly all I needed was a little bit more length. this store needs to be re trained for customer service and to know how to be empathetic towards customers. I’m in the beauty industry and see all types of flaws but I would never tell a customer that her/him flaws are so bad she/him needs to see a surgeon really disappointed with this whole thing."
