"Slowest Panera I have ever been too. And always messing up my order when I’m in the drive through. Have to correct them multiple times when they they read back my order. And pretty disappointed how they changed the menu and removed some really good things they had. Not very friendly either. They need to be retrained and working in customer service"

"Updated Review - 1/5/24: We had a New Years celebration and service anniversary breakfast at the office. It was catered my Panera. It was delivered on time. Everything was delicious. Soufflés, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, rolls, the coffee, the orange juice… everything! Everyone loves Panera and is always happy when we get it at for special events. ————- Updated Review - 9/29/23: A vendor brought in Panera for lunch meeting today. YAY! Everyone loves Panera! I normally like to try something different each time. This time I got the Deli Turkey Sandwich. It was delicious! Panera is ALWAYS great! ————- Updated Review - 7/20/23: A group of us at the office decided to get lunch... and we chose Panera. I am glad we did. I was in tbe mode for a really good Chicken Caesar Salad. It was delicious! It can with two containers of dressing. The French Baguette was fresh and tasted great! The delivery was fast and friendly. I highly recommend Panera! -------- Original Review: Delicious food! Fast and friendly service. My only complaint is that ever time I decide which sandwich is my favorite…. they pull it from the menu. BUT…. I guess that keeps us on our toes and gets us to try different things all the time. "I ordered a small number of things today, service was slow but it happens. What got me though was the hair that was in the cinnamon roll. It was not laid on top but actually baked in. I ripped a piece of the cinnamon roll off to eat before noticing the hair. In the photo you can see me pulling on the hair to show that it is actually inside of it."

"I just got the take out order…. And the order is incorrect… but what they charged was!!! It would be ok if they’d let me know they ran out autumn squash soup…. Instead they gave me the nastiest soup ever!!!!!! I paid for a group size and that NoT what I got!!!"
