"I arrived at 9:30. Although they allowed me to dock, they deliberately stalled until 10:30 because it was their lunch break. They returned at 10:35 but still didn’t even touch my trailer until 11:15. The girl who works the front desk acts like shes confused, don’t know what’s going on, and has no control of anything. They are unsupervised and horrible!"

"They work by appointment,no overnight parking,portable restroom available,only guards can put your seal on,you can stay in your truck or inside warehouse to count pieces while loading,it takes 1 hour"

"They will call you when load is done, to retrieve your paperwork. Have driver license on hand for guard shack and shipping. They will take you and hour and a half early. They are quick to load. They go on break @ 14:00 till 14:40."

"I showed up the day before my appointment and the staff was pretty amazing but they wouldn’t load me until one hour before my appointment which was set for 11am. They require 2 load bars or either 2 straps. There is NO overnight parking on site but across the street is a factory where I parked and nobody bothered me. Once I was able to check in I was loaded within 30 minutes"
