"I was told they only accepted cash tonight at the drive-thru and I told them that it was fine I have cash. We then tried to order and was met with radio silence. I said "Hello, we have cash" twice and we sat there ignored for 10 minutes. We left."

"Purchased double stack biggie bag and the burger was old nuggets cold fries cold I need a refund who would serve this to a customer? That’s why you don’t get a receipt for purchase accountability never again the Management team should be ashamed at what their employees are serving says a lot about the standards."

"I went through the drive-through with one car in front of me. I waited 10 minutes before i could order and the car in front of me left. I ordered and paid for a baconator combo and got a single with cheese. Not only was the order wrong, but the burger was cold, like refrigerator cold. I saw 3 people standing around doing nothing but chatting ( and none of them looked like a manager having a meeting ). So why did I have to wait so long and then not receive what I ordered?"

"RAW CHICKEN. My husband and I both got spicy chicken sandwiches through the drive through and two bites in i realized the chicken was raw on the inside. I’m also 24 weeks pregnant so called my doctor immediately I will never be eating Wendy’s every again. My husband went back to this location and all they could do was ask for his email for the insurance company to reach out and 2 weeks later he still hasn’t received an email. Do not eat here especially if you’re pregnant. It’s not worth it putting yourself and baby at risk."

"this is a wendys not that complex they pretty much always mess up my order, but like the fries banged so hard so i dont care that much like sure, you did forget literally all the toppings except for the cheese on my double cheeseburger, but the fries legit went crazy. gotdamn hamburger"
