"Has been a great place to go for the past 2 years before work. They open at 330AM so stopping at 430AM before work was never an issue. The past week everyday when I go the ovens have been off. Which means I had to leave because that was my order so now I will drive further and go to the 24/7 one. The normal lady who opened in the AMs up until recently is gone, she was always the best. Sad this is no longer my Dunkin' in the AM."

"I ordered frozen chocolate, but they gave me frozen coffee. Then I told them that they gave me a wrong order, then they made a new one which was also not frozen chocolate. It tasted very bad. I have tried frozen chocolate before from other Dunkin’ and it tasted good, while this one is really bad. I had the worst experience, I feel like throwing up."

"The lady with purple hair was not so friendly at the counter or to her coworker. She kept rolling her eyes each time the other tattooed worker did something wrong that was not so bad. I believe the purple haired lady is the manager. Not a real good look."

"I’m usually here every Thursday and Friday to grab a coffee and bagel. The coffee is usually on point and the bagels are usually warm. Three weeks in a row I’ve had the same issue though. Luke warm coffee (wrong flavor too) and cold bagels. I can understand once in a blue moon where it happens, but this is three in a row! Not gonna even mention the false advertising on Veterans Day but no one in the store knew what I was talking about when I mentioned the Veterans Day offer. Hopefully things turn around by the new year…and judging by the other reviews, I’m not alone in feeling their service could be A LOT better! -update- sent thru drive thru two days in a row this week and they messed up my order both times. Where would you get "cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel" from a "bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel". This location is still messing up with their orders. Going down to one star and not coming back here again (unless I hear they've improved, but I doubt that'll happen)"
