"Debby and her team is awesome!! They were talkative and kind when making my pizza. While I waited, Debby engaged me in conversation asking about my life. The pizza is also GAS (aka delicious). 10/10 pizza, 10/10 customer service. Naperville MOD has always treated me right in my college career!"
"This was supposed to be a Chicken pizza! Maybe 5 pieces of micro sized chicken cubes on the whole pizza! It was supposed to have fresh Basil on top, only one slice had a single basil leaf! Size was certainly not a Large, was a Medium. Paid for Large though."
"I love MOD pizza, however after ordering online and arriving at the time of pick up, my order was not even started. The staff were rude and unapologetic. I was told I arrived a minute early, but had it been started my demeanor would have been different. What is the advantage of an online order if it isn't started until you arrive? I then proceeded to ask if I could order a salad and the newer worker up front(female) walked away to talk to her manager and never returned. She began helping other people. Unfortunately, I do believe their actions towards me were race related. I will be calling corporate. I like this location and I'm sad this had to be my experience. Do better!"
"Very interesting experience, kinda fun choosing all the toppings you want and watching them process everything. Kinda like the subway of pizza. Lol. Seems like a great spot for the younger crowd! Fairly affordable too and quality ingredients. Staff were all super nice. It can be a little overwhelming at first, but it was delicious and novel."
"I went here Friday March 8th for a super late lunch. It was great. The place was super busy with countless unsupervised Jr. High aged kids having fun. Even with all the hustle and bustle I was greeted as soon as I stepped inside. All of the employees were super friendly and even joked around with the kids. I'm not sure if it's like that every Friday but I'll make sure to stop by when there's more adults :)"
