"I had my usual that I get almost every day but their ice machine was down nit the maker the crusher. But anyway I still would like to poit out it was good. Oh yes and I got an order of hot cakes."

"Again, Make sure to know mobile order to make sure correct. Mobile order at drive through. Told to go to first window..thought that was weird. I stopped there to be told next window. Everyone looks so unhappy. Then asked to wait ahead. Still waiting way too long."

"9/28/23 I went today through the drive thru. Horrible food, stale and old. Not to mention they took 15 minutes to bring my food out to parking #3. They took my order at 1:55pm. Food bag ticket said 1:57pm BUT their failed to bring my food out until 2:10pm. Food went to the trash. I ordered a regular McChicken got a spicy one instead. Nuggets were old and stale. Fries warm but not fresh"

"Went around 6:45 pm on a Monday evening to pick up dinner for me and my co-workers at the drive thru. They put 6 double burgers and 40 chicken nuggets into a single bag. As soon as I grabbed the bag , it ripped and the entire contents fell onto the ground. The employee then came out to pick up the food. Then proceeded to go inside. He asked me to pull into spot 1. I assumed they were re-making the food so I didn’t check the contents of the til I was eating with my co-workers. They literally picked the food off the ground and simply put them into two bags. The black specks is actually from the ground. When we went back to complain the worker said “nah that’s beef”. Is this what they call GROUND beef at McDonald’s?!!! I was so disgusted. Not to mention I overpaid for this garbage (literally). It was $40"
