"Do not go late night because the food isn't the best I took my dad friend a lil sister there and they got Buford sandwiches, I got a chicken ranch sandwich but mine was so fried it tasted like trying to eat a leather belt and aggravated my bad tooth so bad that I had to get meds for it next day. Day shift crews are alot better here then the night shift crew . Usually this is my preferred Rallys location in the area but will no.longer come here after 8pm to deal with the late night crew why I have two stars in it now"

"UPDATE!!!! It has been 4 months sense this incident. The guy still works there as i still see him when i drive by some times. Still have not eaten there sense and never will. Nothing and i mean absolutely NOTHING was done!!!!! Do not eat here! This happened with the manager tonight. I was door dashing and me and my daughter got hungry so I placed an online order. The money came out of my account but for some reason didn't go through. I was being nice it happens but immediately he was giving me an attitude and refusing to give me what I paid for. He finally decided to make my food by saying "ok Karen I'll make it what did you have" told him what I had and we had cokes with it. He then made a fat joke by saying "coke zero ok" and shut the window. That's not even the worst part. After that encounter I for some reason trusted eating the food and sound a FINGERNAIL IN MY BURGER!!!! So I will never return again. I will be calling corporate in the morning and hopefully this guy will be out of a job very soon"

"Lisa, an employee of Rallys in Bethalto, ILLINOIS, was the kindest, most caring person I've EVER encountered at any restaurant ever. She apologisedfor the fact their wings they cook fresh to order it was going to be an 8 minute wait I said OK she asked me to pull around and wait for food she even gave me a soda because I had to wait. She should be the example of a model employee. I want to thank her so much she made my day for just being nice Thank you Lisa. Really thank youuuu for making me smile I haven't smiled like that for some time now I so needed so one just to be nice. Nancy"

"Waited in line over 20 minutes, they messed up multiple orders in front of mine. I ordered a number 2 which is the bacon Swiss burger combo and this is what I got when I opened my sandwich at home."
