"Gave this location one last chance and sadly it was like my other tried. This time though a woman that appreaded to be the manager came out. They had an order for 12 drinks. Thankfully the girl behind the counter addressed me so that’s a plus, but I stood there for two minutes( I counted) and waited for a coffee. I just want a black coffee. The staff there will be happy to know that I will not be returning to this location. I don’t think with service like this it will be long for this world anyways."
"Slow service and rude staff most of the time. Most recently ordered a maple pecan frapp through the drive through and told that that drink didn't exist and they didn't know what I was talking about---it's currently featured as a special. There's a picture of it on the menu. I just ordered one the other day. But I'm there idiot. Right. Keep up the good work, Starbucks."
