"Slow service and rude staff most of the time. Most recently ordered a maple pecan frapp through the drive through and told that that drink didn't exist and they didn't know what I was talking about---it's currently featured as a special. There's a picture of it on the menu. I just ordered one the other day. But I'm there idiot. Right. Keep up the good work, Starbucks."
