"So.... example of a bad business model. Pay attention Best Buy... I walk into your store and am greeted by your greeter. They ask me what I'm shopping for today I tell him I'm here for a computer monitor and he points me in the direction where I need to go. Sounds good so far. I get to my department and find the monitor I would like to purchase and ask for assistance. I am asked did I check in with the greeter, I say yes he told me to come here, and they say did he take my name and put me in the system. I say no he didn't, I am then told that I have to go back to the front of the store and tell the greet my name and have him put me in the queue before I can be helped with my purchase, the same greeter I already talked too when I entered and was not put into the system when I arrived. I already know what I want I just need you to get it down for me I tell the employee. And his response is, well we can't help you if you are not in the queue. HUH???? I am told this is Best Buys policy now and that there is nothing that he can do.... BEST BUY what are you doing?? So I get the info of the product and purchase it online from Amazon for 20$ cheaper than what I would of paid at Best Buy. Sorry you don't want our business and make it difficult to make a purchase.. WORST BUSINESS MODEL EVER SEEN....."

"Ordered for delivery. Driver didn't attempt to deliver and marked as undeliverable. No recourse to complain to the 3rd party company they use to deliver. Best buy is now saying it will be a 20 day wait to get a refund. Know that if you're ordering a delivery BB takes zero responsibility and you may or may not get the item."

"I bought this Power supply. Thinking because it's an open box item. That it still functions properly. But come to find out. It's complete snake oil. Why do you have it out there for sale. It's a good thing I got a refund that day. But all my parts are now trashed. So now I have to buy brand new parts. Don't even get me started on the GM is a real ray of sunshine. I personally don't go here unless! I need to get my tech that very day! I love the employees there. They obviously don't get paid enough to deal with half the trash they have to. Especially from the GM beging am absolute gem."
