"One of the worst insurances I've ever had. Every time i call to go to ANY doctor they don't take this insurance. I go into the website where they claim that the doctors they provide will take your insurance. When you actually call to check, you either get a number that doesn't exist or the business is shut down. When the number actually goes through which is on their portal and they "claim" that it's open network plus which guess what it isn't because the women on the other side tells me they don't accept this insurance. Mind you i have the radius to 50 miles + and still cannot find a doctor. For companies that actually chose this company for their employees should be disappointed because they deserve better. Mind you the employees are also paying their part for this awful insurance."
