Panera Bread

"I specifically asked for extra red peppers and cilantro and I was given either the normal amount or less. Maybe they gave a little bit more of the peppers but I don’t see extra cilantro. Please do better next time. They expect a tip before you are even served. Food was delicious as always but they couldn’t accommodate a simple request."

"Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich specified NO horseradish No onions and they put extra on my sandwich! Ordered a whole baguette loaf of bread with bread on the side for my soups requested extra butter young man said sure no problem got back to eat and guess what not 1 single butter packet in the bag! This is crazy! All this bread and no butter come on steak and cheese no sauce no onion an we get extra!? WhY! ? would give 0 if possible spend money expect to get what you order not the opposite!!!!!"

"This used to be one of my favorite Panera locations but recently the service has deteriorated tremendously. They have literally messed up my order 3x in a week and a half. The first time i was given a voucher. I used the voucher for another purchase and the order was messed up. I decided to just let it slide then they messed up my order once again a third time and i emailed them provided the receipt and pictures informed the manager i wanted a refund and he stated i should come bk to the location and give the meal back to get a refund which i was willing to do but honestly the evidence was in the receipt and picture i should have just been refunded the sandwich. This place is a joke and i will be contacting corporate regarding it. Terrible customer service. I only gave it a 2 bc the service was great a month ago."
