Then a 'manager' comes over and tells me to leave. I didn't raise voice until he came over. I used to defend BB against detractors. No longer. You cannot get me back. Amazon has won the battle."

The staff were helpful but you could tell that the answer they give more than not is, sorry we don't have anything in stock but we can help you order it online. "My Geek Squad experience at this location was a disaster. The team members were nice but the end result was a service failure. What they did do was tell me my work needed to be sent out. But then they didn’t send it out. When a text told me that the work was done and I went to pick it up, they told me it was not done and needed to be sent out. That wasted four days. When I then got a text that it was back and ready for pickup I went back and found it was not ready for pickup because they had not restored the data. It turned out they never did restore the data properly. If I ever need a repair again, this will be the last place I will ever consider."
"I'm not a big tech person in general. I stopped here to get a unique power cord and even though they didn't carry it, 2 staff members helped me check options and even on the internet. I thought this was excellent customer service even though I had to order directly from manufacturer."
"GREAT REASON Best Buy gave me a great reason to never step foot in any of their stores ever again. Bought an open box TV and I’m here to tell you the savings was not worth the aggravation & frustration that followed. All the key parts were there but items like a manual and a hardware package for assembly were missing. I was not allowed to go to a closer store for the hardware I had to go to the store where I picked up the tv from. When it became known it was an open box item customer service disappeared like a fart in the wind and they could not replace the item but they could sell it to me. It was a “Take it or Leave it” proposition. Best Buy has wasted my time and money for the last time. I cancelled all my other orders and notified my credit card company to dispute any charges from Best Buy beyond the TV. We’ll have to see where this goes but I do know this. Never again will I ever consider Best Buy for any purchase of any kind for any reason. I’ll also bet you can guess which end of the proposition I took."
